By using the Okgo Gama website or app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between Okgo Gama and its users. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time — any changes will be announced via a notice on the platform.

• Okgo Gama is an internationally licensed gaming platform.
• You must be of legal adult age to use this service.
• The platform cannot be accessed from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Users are solely responsible for managing their own account access.

When registering with Okgo Gama, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false details may result in your account being terminated at any time. Each individual may hold only one account — multiple family members may register separately, but shared devices or phone numbers may require additional verification.

• Age: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• KYC Verification: Verification of your national ID and a selfie is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Mobile Number: Only one account may be created per number.
• Password: Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.

There are specific rules to follow when placing bets at Okgo Gama. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. In live betting, if a connection issue prevents a bet from being processed, it will be cancelled automatically.

If a match is abandoned, postponed, or left incomplete, Okgo Gama will settle bets in accordance with standard industry rules. In exceptional circumstances, bets may be voided and the original stake returned.

• Minimum Bet: ৳10 | Maximum Bet: Determined by account level.
• Both single bets and multi-bet accumulators are supported.
• Pre-match odds are subject to change up until the match begins.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets on both sides of the same event — is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error may be voided.

All deposits and withdrawals on Okgo Gama must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited, and any such transaction may subject your account to investigation.

3. Withdrawal Processing Time: 15 minutes to 24 hours (depending on the method)
4. Withdrawal Fee: Free from Okgo Gama; however, charges from your payment provider may apply.
5. Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Okgo Gama offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and referral rewards. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Wagering Requirements: Typically, a wager of 20–30x the bonus amount is required before withdrawal.
• Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only redeemable on specific games.
• Combined: Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts within the same household or on the same device is prohibited.

Okgo Gama reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. If fraud or deliberate abuse is found in connection with bonus claims, all related bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

Okgo Gama is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if detected:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Depositing or withdrawing using third-party funds.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform.

You can close or temporarily suspend your account at any time. This is an important part of responsible gaming. Requests can be made through the Settings menu or by contacting our support team.

Okgo Gama also reserves the right to close an account if a user is found to have violated the Terms & Conditions. In such cases, every effort will be made to return the verified balance, excluding any bonus funds.

• Temporary suspension: from 7 days up to 6 months.
• Permanent closure: takes effect within 24 hours of the request.
• To reopen a closed account, please contact our support team.

Okgo Gama strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times; however, Okgo Gama shall not be held liable for any service disruptions caused by technical issues, third-party service failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

All disputes must first be raised with our support team for resolution. If unresolved, mediation through a neutral third party is available. In all cases, the decision of Okgo Gama's licensing authority shall be considered final.

Okgo Gama may update these terms at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to your registered email or via SMS. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
